Cushman & Wakefield

Departamento de proyectos de Cushman & Wakefield
Barcelona - 2007

Cushman & Wakefield is one of the largest private property companies in the world. Founded in 1917, the company has more than 180 branches in 60 countries, with over 11,000 agents who specialise in managing assets, brokerage and consultancy services. The company was founded in the United Kingdom and currently carries out over half of its operations outside Europe.

The reception, office furniture and special dividing walls with solid and double-glazed panels were installed in the offices on Paseo de Gracia, one of the main thoroughfares of Barcelona. The alternating solid and glass panels in different sizes were chosen to give the decorative effect of a barcode.

The office furniture is from the Cartesio range with white surfaces and aluminium structures, while the dividing walls are a special version of the P700 range, made using laminated and translucent panels in different sizes and connection joints in anodised aluminium.
Panels and doors
The design on the walls is repeated on the doors, which are single glazed and etched or laminated panels in a grey coal hue.
