Technical integration of compartmentalization in a hybrid architecture

Bestseller

The new headquarters of Bestseller in Madrid, designed by The Move, proposes a hybrid office model in which the codes of retail and hospitality are integrated into the workplace, generating a more dynamic and refined spatial experience.

The project is developed from an essential architectural image, based on a restrained selection of natural materials—primarily wood and stone—and a sober, timeless color palette. The proposal is organized through defined volumes that structure the space and guide circulation.

It introduces partitioning solutions that are precisely integrated into the project’s constructive logic. The glass partitions adapt to the proposed geometries, following the volumetric system without disrupting visual continuity or the overall spatial perception.

The transparency of the systems maximizes the entry of natural light, while their technical performance ensures acoustic comfort across different areas for work, meetings, and focused tasks. The detailing of junctions and the minimal expression of the framing reinforce material coherence with the architecture.

The result is a technical solution aligned with the design concept, contributing to spatial organization, improving performance, and preserving the architectural quality of the whole.
