ARLEX was selected by play&go to participate in the Dräger project at the Beloira building.

The project was recognized with the 2026 Avant-Garde Habitat Award, granted by AEICE, an award that highlights the strategic role of space as a tool to improve competitiveness and generate a positive impact on people.

In addition, it received the “Acoustically Healthy Space – Acoustic Habitat” certification, awarded by Audiotec, which certifies an environment designed to reduce cognitive fatigue, promote concentration and improve the quality of interaction within collaborative spaces.

These recognitions validate the importance of integrating advanced acoustic solutions without compromising the design or architectural identity of the space. The proposal responds to a new way of understanding the workplace: environments where collaboration, concentration and comfort coexist in balance.

At ARLEX, together with play&go, we participated in the development of the project by providing our partition systems, helping to organize the space efficiently, maintain visual continuity and improve the acoustic comfort of the environment.
