MPG (Media Planning Group) is an international media and advertising agency belonging to the Havas Media Group. It is located in the two-building office complex known as Torre Forum Sarriá, in the upper area of Barcelona. The architectural studios Ribas&Ribas / Bonell-Gil-Rius arquitectos designed this complex, comprising 8- and 14-storey open-plan buildings with large glazed curtain-wall façades, which was a finalist for the 2004 FAD Award. Argos Management acted as the commercial advisor for the transaction and Project Manager for the fit-out.
ARLEX carried out the complete fit-out of MPG’s office floor, installing partitions and furniture with coordinated finishes natural wood veneer and textured anthracite to achieve a cohesive overall look. Mixed partitions with upper glazed sections were used to allow light to flow in from all directions and to create a much lighter visual appearance for the enclosures. A particular highlight is the large boardroom, with capacity for 24 people, featuring furniture designed specifically for the space in accordance with the Project Manager’s guidelines.
