This has been a highly significant project, both for its technical ambition and its environmental commitment. In this respect, the choice of construction solutions was not a secondary consideration, but an essential part of the building’s overall approach. Arlex Design was selected to develop and install the interior partition systems, contributing its expertise in partition solutions with demanding acoustic, functional and aesthetic requirements.

One of the most notable aspects of this project has been the close collaboration between BatlleiRoig Arquitectes and the Arlex Design team in the development and implementation of the MA7 partition, specifically adapted to the requirements of the project. In this case, the design had to guarantee 45 dB of acoustic insulation in accordance with the parameters established by LEED certification, requiring a technically robust solution consistent with the architectural language of the space.

The layout of the spaces follows a principle of functional flexibility, another of the project’s key guiding concepts.
